RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
- Regular priced merchandise may be returned for a credit card refund or exchanged for merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
- All purchases of sale merchandise are final sale, and as such, are not refundable and exchangeable.
- Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the order was paid.
- Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
- All returned merchandise must include the original receipt.
- All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of date of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for returned shipping costs.
- Merchandise must be in original condition with original tags attached.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Orders that are received after 5pm CST Monday- Friday will be processed to ship the next business day. When your orders ships you will receive an e-mail update with a tracking #.
NON-U.S. ORDERS: Thuy does not process international orders at this time.
